ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are age 18 or older at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possession and where prohibited by law. Employees, immediate family members, and persons living in the same household of Total Assault LLC (“Sponsor”), Music Junkie Press or Sweepstakes partners, their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, retailers, artists, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and any other persons involved with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. In the event that this Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstakes or to disqualify entrants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, Sponsor shall have no liability to any entrants who are disqualified due to such an action. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with California law, and the venue for all controversies will be exclusively in state or federal court in Los Angeles, California.

All entries must be received no earlier than 12:01 a.m. ET on May 9, 2014 and no later than 11:59 PM ET on May 23, 2014. WINNER SELECTION: one (1) Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on, about or before May 30, 2014. Random drawing will be conducted by Total Assault LLC. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.
PRIZING: One (1) grand prize winner will receive one (1) Dean ML Chicago Flame Guitar (Estimated retail value $649). No substitution, transfer, assignment or cash equivalent of prize permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute prize or portion thereof with a prize of equal or greater value.
NOTIFICATION/TERMS: Each potential winner will be notified by mail email and/or phone and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release within five (5) days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. If a potential winner cannot be contacted via email within 48 hours, or if an Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable or if a selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and it may be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize will be awarded within 7 days after winner verification and receipt of completed Affidavit/Release. Each winner will be solely responsible for payment of all taxes on prize (including but not limited to federal, state, income and sales tax). Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant (i) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
