I love this track as it brings a fresh new life to the 80’s rock that we all fell in love with without feeling dated. It has a killer guitar solo and vocals that just grab your attention and have you fully engaged with full throttle to rock! This is one sweet rock band that definitely proves Rock n Roll is not dead, far from it with these iconic musicians at the helm.

Michael Sweet which  we all know from his STRYPER fame as the singer/songwriter/guitarist and producer has released an amazingly heartfelt new single. Michael is set to release his solo album, ” I Am Not Your Suicide” on May 6th through Big 3 Records. His first single off of his upcoming album is the title track and is a message for hope.

Michael teamed up with ChildHelp when he learned of the staggering statistics that almost half of all children who have been abused consider suicide. Through the power of his heartfelt lyrics and heartwarming music, he hopes to offer some peace to those in need. He has also made the song available through Itunes and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to ChildHelp. It is a beautiful and touching song and Michael‘s words wrap around you as a warm comforting hug, there to console you, and lift you up from your obstacles. It is an absolutely beautiful song. You can’t help but feel the song feed your soul with inspiration. Michael‘s voice is one that I have had a love affair with for decades and he truly shines with this song. Amazing work as always, Michael!

STRYPER releases audio track for “Legacy” from their forthcoming album, NO MORE HELL TO PAY

Get ready die-hard STRYPER fans, you can head over here  and take a listen to their song “Legacy” which is off of their forthcoming studio album, NO MORE HELL TO PAY which is set to release on November 5th.  I just checked the song out out and I am blown away. It has me so excited about this new album. It  has everything you want from STRYPER and more. You  have the incredible vocals by Michael Sweet, Oz Fox with his intense guitar, legendary Tim Gaines kills it on the bass and precision drumming by Robert Sweet.  These guys deliver ferocious energy and are truly spot-on and I think if you weren’t a fan before, you will be after taking a listen.

The album is set for November 5th release but you can  do a pre-order here;  and all iTunes pre-orders include an instant download of the album’s title track.
