Vans Warped Tour announces first five bands for the 2015 lineup!

Vans Warped Tour have just announced the first five bands of the 2015 lineup. It is great to see several familiar faces right in the first announcement.

It is great to see the return of Front Porch Step and Neck Deep, both a couple of our featured highlights of Warped Tour 2014 and this year we caught a couple shows of Palisades and Handguns so that is exciting as well. I am looking forward to checking out Kosha Dillz for the first time. Dates for the tour are as follows:

Interview with Jake of Front Porch Step and catch him out on Warped Tour!

Vans Warped Tour has always been known for delivering an amazing array of music which will satisfy everyone’s needs. One of the highlights this year is the Acoustic Basement Stage Presented By Full Sail University. This year you will be able to catch the amazing set by Front Porch Step all summer long.

Front Porch Step is the fantastic acoustic project of Jake McElfresh. His vocals are tender yet powerful and his songs deliver emotionally driven lyrics that grab a hold of your heart and connect to the listener. He is passionate in his songs and you are truly held captive when he sings. He feeds your soul as he takes you on a musical journey through his emotions.  He reminds me of the first time I ever heard Justin Furstenfeld of Blue October and how his songs kidnapped me in my mind. Jake is that beautiful gem that shines through his music and shouldn’t be missed!

We had the opportunity to chat with Jake before his set last week at the Wheatland, CA Warped Tour Date. Get to know Jake more, what he misses when he is out on the road and what you can bring him to cheer  him up!  We are pleased to bring you that interview here:
