The highly anticipated new album Golden from rockers Delta Rose is out now! This is one album that is well worth the wait! You can pick up your copy by vi visiting their website: http://www.deltaroseusa.com/. This past year it seemed that many things were said about Rock n Roll, from it being dead, or no new bands, etc. Well you can forget about all that! Rock n Roll is alive and thriving and when you take a listen to the new album from Delta Rose, you will strongly agree with me. They have such a welcoming sound that you just can’t wait to tell all your friends about them.

Earlier this year, Delta Rose had the great honors of opening for Guns n Roses  at The Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. They delivered a top notch set and have everyone leaving the venue, knowing who Delta Rose is! They always perform a kick ass set and Delta Rose is one of the best live bands out there. They are such a young band but have showmanship that is well beyond their years. While many young bands are out there creating music that sounds as if it is a carbon copy of eachother, Delta Rose is creating their own style of music. It is pure blues and rock n roll and it is addictive.

Check out their song, One Is Too Many which is off their new album, Golden :

To all the people who are crying out for new music and to bring rock and roll back to the forefront, Delta Rose is the answer to your rock and roll prayers. Their new album shows how much this band has grown in 7 years, each one perfecting their own art and have mastered their own style. As I have said before, You can feel the passion in their songs as one message rings true…. These boys are ready to ROCK! Check their site for more details and upcoming show dates. From the studio to the band, there is quite an amazing amount of talent put into this stellar album. The album was recorded at the legendary NRG Studios, mixed by Steve Hardy (Blue October, Vertical Horizon, Joe Bonamassa, and many more), mastered by iconic Howie Weinberg (Nirvana, Ramones, Pantera, and many, many more). The album is produced by Bill Schleifer and Isaac Hasson. It truly is a work of art and we are even treated to Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Dizzy Reed (Guns n Roses) who plays keyboards on their song 10 Long Years.

The album is filled with smoking guitar solos, cool group chants, vibrant blues licks, solid drumming, infectious basslines and the most captivating and edgy yet sweet as honey vocals you will ever hear.  Delta Rose’s new album has definitely polished and perfected true rock and roll.

So pick up your copy and make sure to pick up a few extra copies for all your rocker friends this holiday season. It is time to spread the Delta Rose love. Make sure to visit their social media sites and I will leave you with some of our video interviews with Delta Rose.

We have been featuring the bands from Saturday night at the Troubadour which was the CD release show of Diamond Lane. Make sure to ready our features on all the bands; The Book of Curtis, Bad RomanticsLove and a .38, and Diamond Lane. Now we are ready to share with you our feature of Delta Rose. Delta Rose had the last spot of the night for the record release party of Diamond Lane but that didn’t stop them from coming out and delivering a smokin set of rock and roll infused with blues and a groove that gets into your soul!

With there being a late start, Delta Rose played a shorter set which left me wanting so much more as they did a kick ass set! One thing is for sure, this band is one of the best live bands out there. They are such a young band but have showmanship that is well beyond their years. While many young bands are out there creating music that sounds as if it is a carbon copy of eachother, Delta Rose is creating their own style of music. It is pure blues and rock n roll and it is addictive. They played a couple of their new songs in their set including one of my faves, 10 years. Spencer put down his guitar and gave us a special treat as he played the keys. It was amazing to watch Delta Rose perform and even more so when I looked down to see Dizzy Reed in attendance as he watched their performance. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame legend Dizzy Reed plays keyboard on their song, 10 Years. Another highlight of their set is when they played One To Many. That song is an energy inducer and has one of the catchiest choruses out today. We were singing along as loud as we could.

They have a new 6 song EP that they are finishing up and we can’t wait for you to hear it. To all the people who are crying out for new music and to bring rock and roll back to the forefront, Delta Rose is the answer to your rock and roll prayers. Their new album shows how much this band has grown in 7 years, each one perfecting their own art and have mastered their own style. Delta Rose! That is the band that I am hoping that you already know by now. We featured them last year during our Golden Gods Awards Coverage, Warped Tour Featured band as well as them being our Day 5  of our 12 Days of Bands You Have to Know. So I am hoping you have been paying close attention and are already familiar with these bad ass rockers… Delta Rose!

These guys not only bring the old school rock and roll back to life with their young vibrant personalities but are also one of the hardest working bands on the scene.  They are not only busy playing shows all over Southern California but we even caught them performing at the Gibson booth during NAMM 2014.  They are an awesome band  that you can’t help but fall in love with them.

Last weekend, we headed down to see Delta Rose perform at Lara Gladstone’s Gutter n Grind event at the Troubadour. This would be the first time we were able to catch a full set from one of our favorite bands. Well, let me tell you, we have seen 26 bands perform since the first of the year, and Delta Rose just might take home our top honor of BEST PERFORMANCE FOR 2014! It is going to be really hard for a band to impress us as much as Delta Rose has.  They have an incredible energy, magnetic stage presence and they can ROCK!

Last year we brought you an interview with Delta Rose in front of The Viper Room and this time we got to catch up with the guys after their amazing performance at The Troubadour. Check it out here:

In case you haven’t watched their highly entertaining Epiphone videos, head over and check them out here:  Epiphone Vlogs here.  Also make sure to check out the KICK ASS Tribute Video that Rockin Ryan put together with footage and photos of their set at The Troubadour:

You will definitely agree that they put on the Best Live Show. We are hoping that they take home LA Weekly’s top honors for Best Live Band in LA! Hope you all got those votes in!

Today on Day 5 of our 12 Days of Bands You Have to Know goes to the bad ass rockers who were our featured band of Warped Tour 2013…. Delta Rose!

These guys truly know how to bring the old school rock and roll back to life with their young vibrant personalities that you can’t help but fall in love with.  They are also one of the hardest working bands out there. You can catch them playing shows on the Sunset Strip at The Viper Room or  House of Blues where they truly belong. If you can imagine Sunset Strip back in the ’80s and all the great rock bands during that time, well Delta Rose definitely channels those bands as they bring their energy and high spirited stage antics to life when they perform live.  You will think you took a trip back in time.

We had the opportunity earlier this year to interview Delta Rose right out on the Sunset Strip before their show at The Viper Room for the Revolver Golden Gods Aftermath Party.  You can check out the video interview here:

You.  So, when people say, “Where is our Rock and Roll?’  All you have to tell them is check out Delta Rose! I love the energy and enthusiasm these guys have. It is no wonder they are endorsed by Gibson. If you haven’t seen it yet, check out their VLog that they do for Epiphone where their personalities truly shown. Check it out here and you can watch one of their latest ones, “Learn a Lick III” here:

Now that I got you all revved up and ready to rock, head over to their social media sites and Like Em, Follow them, Buy Them, See them Live, etc. Also they have a show coming up on December 28th at one of my favorite spots, The Slidebar. We also just got confirmation that Delta Rose will be playing The Viper Room on New Year’s Eve with Fan Halen!!! That will be one New Year’s Eve you will always remember!!!! You can pick up tickets here  and you can get more details on their Facebook page here.

Last week when we were down in Los Angeles for the Golden Gods Awards we went to the Revolver Golden Gods Aftermath Party at The Viper Room.  What was even better about this night was that, Delta Rose was going to be opening up for Heaven’s Basement.  Delta Rose is one of our featured bands from the Warped Tour 2013 and we had a chance to interview them right out on the Sunset Strip. Truly a place where these guys belong. They bring out true old school rock and roll just like many of the bands that I have been featuring.  So, when people say, “Where is our Rock and Roll?’  All you have to tell them is check out Delta Rose!

Here is our interview:

I love the energy and enthusiasm these guys have. It is no wonder they recently got endorsed by Gibson. They are also working on the completion of their debut music video which is being shot by none other than the great Rob Fenn. Rob’s work has become unparalled in the Metal and Rock scene and if you have a chance, check out his work on his site at www.musicthroughthelens.com.    We are all excited and can’t wait for the video which I know will Kick Ass.

These guys will be also be heading out on the Warped Tour and have a Kickstarter campaign set up to help with the tour. You can head over here to pledge!  Make sure to check it out and see how you can help.  Check out a video their live performance of  “Chew Me Up”.

Now that I got you all revved up and ready to rock, head over to their social media sites and Like Em, Follow them, Buy Them, See them Live, etc.
