I love this track as it brings a fresh new life to the 80’s rock that we all fell in love with without feeling dated. It has a killer guitar solo and vocals that just grab your attention and have you fully engaged with full throttle to rock! This is one sweet rock band that definitely proves Rock n Roll is not dead, far from it with these iconic musicians at the helm.

Make sure to visit their social media sites and stay up to date on their latest news. We will see if we can bring you an interview soon too to find out more about Only To Rise and hopefully with the release right around NAMM time, who knows, maybe a show in the works? Fingers crossed!!!

White Stallion

White Stallion from Sydney, Australia release their first single “Livin’ High” featuring special guest, Brian Tichy on drums. Their single was mixed by local producer and mix engineer Darren Jenkins of Jenk Music Productions.  White Stallion is KC Venom on Lead Vocals, Blaze on Guitars and Vocals and Randy Roxxx on Bass.

“Livin’ High” featuring Brian Tichy on drums is a bad ass that you have to check out. The band says about  having Brian play with them, “Having Brian (Tichy) playing drums on “Livin’ High” is just awesome! We’ve all admired his work for a long time, and to have the opportunity to work with him on our own music has been an excellent experience!”   Brian is an excellent drummer whose work with Whitesnake, Ozzy Osbourne, Billy Idol, and I love seeing him at the  Bonzo Bash during NAMM week (highlight of the year)!!

The song starts right off with a killer riff and then those strong, engaging vocals take right over. Brian Tichy’s drumming is precise and exactly what you would want in a rock anthem song. There is a bad ass solo that reminds me of a Satchel/C.C. Deville combo!  It gives off great energy, attitude and has you ready to ‘Ride the Stallion’.

You can listen to the song on their Facebook page or you can head over to their Reverbnation page and you might be able to still get a FREE download of the awesome track.  White Stallion is currently set to release more new music in early 2014.
