We are so excited to share with you that Black Veil Brides have announced a string of more dates for The Black Mass Tour in 2015 for US/Canada! This is easily takes top honors from us for the Best Tour of 2014, and now you have another opportunity to catch them live! The Black Veil Brides Black Mass Tour made a stop in San Francisco earlier this month. In case you missed it, check out our coverage of the spectacular night!

 

After opening sets by Set It Off, Drama Club and Falling In Reverse, the night was topped off with a stunning set by Black Veil Brides. They took to the stage and started right with the first single, Heart of Fire off their recently released self titled album. The energy that these five young men bring out is non stop and truly remains unmatched. The set was filled with a variety of old and new songs, even performing Coffin for the first time in San Francisco. The light show was stunning and the sound was crisp and spot on. If you listen to people talk about the rock scene being dead or the music industry is dying out, when you come to a BVB show, you will see the living and breathing proof that Rock will never die! I loved seeing the crowd which included fans as young as 6 years old and as seasoned rockers well into their senior years, singing along to every word. The music of Black Veil Brides does not limit itself to one genre, age, or lifestyle. It is simply pure rock and roll at its finest and that is why the attraction to them is insurmountable. You can’t help but love their music and even more so, the message they bring to the fans about staying true to who you, follow your dreams and stand up and be proud. Each generation brings those bands that will stand the test of time, Beatles, The Who, Rolling Stones, Kiss, Van Halen, Motley Crue, just to name a few, and now without a doubt; Black Veil Brides rightfully carries their place on the list.

Falling In Reverse deliver a DO NOT MISS set on The Black Mass Tour

We recently brought you our recap of the Black Veil Brides Black Mass Tour as it made a stop in San Francisco at the legendary Warfield Theater. You can read more about the whole night here. We know that if you are like us, you are addicted to Falling In Reverse and you need more of a fix, so here you go.

Falling In Reverse did it again as they always do….. Put on a great show and they seem to push the bar higher each time, and easily meeting it. Ronnie shined with his over the top spectacular stage presence. Without a doubt, he is the Champion of the stage! One of the reasons that Falling in Reverse is so damn fun is because of Mr. Ronnie Radke, who is a true entertainer in all aspects. There is no denying it. This is one guy who really proves that no matter how people try to bring him down, he always rises above it and comes back even twice as strong.  He literally makes sure that everyone in that venue is having the time of their life, singing along and having fun. And on this night at The Warfield, that is exactly what happened. It was wild to hear what was nearly the entire audience singing along to all the songs in the set! If we had an award to give out this year, it would be for Frontman of the Year and it would deservedly go to Mr. Ronnie Radke.

Their set had a cool backdrop with the middle fingers in the air adorning  two basketball hoops which went great with their Falling In Reverse team uniforms. They involved the audience as they attempted to make shots into the baskets and no worries when they missed, since they were then given t-shirts. It was an all around fun night and you had only hoped for more music from them.  They even ended their set by playing The Drug In Me is You, not only once…. but twice which brought the excitement of the crowd to paramount levels.

Jacky Vincent was a madman on his purple custom Dean and he whipped out his sweet solos without missing a note. He was jumping around the stage and feeding the audience with his abundant energy.  You would then look to the right and catch Derek Jones on guitar and J. Wolf on bass treating the crowd to their own stage antics. I loved Ryan as he was breaking in his new Truth Drum kit. He is fierce on backing vocals and drums and yet, makes it look so easy as he always has an infectious smile on his face.  Everyone in the venue including these musicians were having an awesome time. Black Veil Brides bring their Black Mass Tour to a packed crowd in San Francisco

What might possibly be titled the best tour of 2014, Black Veil Brides Black Mass Tour made a stop in San Francisco last night.  They brought the top notch lineup to the legendary Warfield Theater in San Francisco. The line outside the venue circled around Market Street and it was filled with concertgoers of all ages, styles, genres, etc. The crowd was there to do one thing, show their love for music and to support these great bands.

We will be bringing you complete photo galleries and full coverage of each band in the coming days, but we wanted to give you a quick recap of the night.

Drama Club, the electric and mysterious DJ duo started the show off right by delivering a full energetic dose of elecro shock pop. They got the crowd completely fired up and even did a remix of Andy Black’s They Don’t Need To Understand. The two were intense as their spectacular stage presence captured everyone’s attention. They were the perfect opener to get the crowd on their feet and ready for an unbelievable show.

Set It Off hit the stage and the adrenaline in the crowd was raised up and you couldn’t help but get infected with the high powered vitality on that stage. It was great to see the crowd sing along to fan favorites as well as their new song, Why Worry. If you weren’t familiar with Set It Off before that night, I am sure you left the Warfield acknowledging that they just might be your new favorite band.

Everyone has been excited for the upcoming new release by Black Veil Brides and even more so for their fall tour!  Black Veil Brides have announced the support for their tour titled, Black Mass 2014 and is sponsored by Hot Topic. It will feature Falling in Reverse, Set it Off and Drama Club for support. I am so excited to see Falling in Reverse as the support since they just kicked ass on Warped Tour.
